I’m Lori Maya Sharabani, a passionate baker based in Miami, Florida.
Baking has been a love of mine since childhood, though I never imagined it would become my career. I earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in advertising and digital strategy from the University of Florida, but my heart kept pulling me toward the kitchen. Eventually, I decided to follow my passion, and I haven’t looked back since.
I gained hands-on experience working at several bakeries in Philadelphia, where I had the honor of learning from an incredible chef who taught me the art and precision of pastry. Inspired by French-style baking, I strive to create elegant, high-quality desserts using the best ingredients.
Everything I make is kosher, and I take great care in maintaining proper kashrut standards. All my equipment has been Toveled, and I have separate utensils for dairy and parve to ensure everything remains properly prepared.
