Lori provided excellent and responsive customer service! I placed a next-day delivery order for a cake as a gift; Lori kept me updated on the status of the order and delivery. It was really easy for me to communicate with her via text message. On top of that, my friend absolutely LOVED the cake and felt so special!!! This was a wonderful experience!!
Store owner replied: Thank you so much! We were so happy to make your friend's birthday cake and loved to be a part of her celebration🎉🥰
